50 minute lesson personalized to your needs. Mixed equipment including mat, reformer, chair, spine corrector, pedopull, and foot/toe correctors may be used.

$500 package of 5 classes, to be used within three months
Duets
50 minute lesson for two people: ideal for couples or friends, or someone who needs a partner to keep them accountable for a workout.
